Who can sell on TrueSlab?
Only verified sellers can list. Submit the seller application and wait for manual approval.
What cards are allowed?
Graded Pokemon slabs only (PSA, BGS, CGC). No raw cards, trades, or auctions.
How long does approval take?
Seller and listing approvals are manual. Expect 1-3 business days during MVP.
Why escrow?
Escrow keeps funds locked until delivery is confirmed and the review window closes.
What if a package gets lost or damaged?
Buyers can open a dispute with tracking details and photos. Admins resolve disputes during MVP.
How does shipping work?
Sellers handle labels independently for now. Tracking is required for every shipment.
Is there a minimum price?
Yes. Listings must be at least $150.
Where can I verify a cert number?
Listing pages link to the grader's official cert lookup.
Do you support offers or auctions?
Not in the MVP. TrueSlab is Buy Now only.
How do payouts work?
Payouts will be handled through Stripe Connect once escrow is enabled.
